Latest iSelect campaign highlights downfalls of ‘DIY comparison’

Comparison service iSelect has launched Save More, a new creative brand platform, in collaboration with Howatson+Company. 

The light-hearted campaign follows three Aussies who fail to notice the bizarre changes happening around them because they were engrossed in researching and comparing products and services without the help of iSelect. 

In the 30-second video, one man discovers his wife has remarried, while another woman learns about her husband’s guinea pig obsession. 

Brand and customer executive Lucy Rayment said Save More aims to remind Aussies that iSelect’s comparison experts are here to help so they can get back to enjoying more of what matters to them most.

“While it’s true that some Aussies do enjoy comparing every provider all by themselves, most find it complicated and time-consuming and would rather be doing other things they really love,” Rayment said. 

Launched on 12 May, the campaign will roll out across TV, cinema, BVOD, online video, and OOH, with support across digital and owned placements.

Howatson+Company’s executive creative directors, Richard Shaw and Jeremy Hogg, said that working with the iSelect team since December has been an amazing experience.
