Lauren Small becomes Sydney general manager of Spark Foundry
Spark Foundry, formerly Mediavest Spark, has promoted its client service director Lauren Small to the newly created role of Sydney general manager.
Having joined Spark in 2015 as a group business director, Small was promoted to the media agency’s client service director five months later.

In her new role Small will be responsible for Spark’s clients, operations and staff.
Small will report to Spark Foundry Australia’s CEO Sue Squillace.
“I’m proud to say that 70% of our leadership team are women. We’ve worked hard to create a diverse and family-friendly environment that has allowed us to retain great talent and promote more women into senior positions. Lauren is a great example of this,” Squillace said in a statement.
Small added: “It’s an exciting time to help lead Spark Sydney, especially given our brand is still relatively new. For me, nurturing and retaining talent will remain my focus, alongside fostering collaborative partnerships that extend outside of the traditional media agency remit, particularly with our creative partners.”
Publicis-owned Spark Foundry rebranded from Mediavest in July last year.
