Lavender appoints two new senior creatives
Customer experience agency Lavender has appointed award-winning creatives Mark Cimarosti and David Lucas as senior creatives.
A former TBWA creative, Cimarosti freelanced for most of last year following his departure from the agency where he won awards including ADMA’s Agency of the Year in 2012.
The move will see Cimarosti reunite with Marco Eychenne, Lavender’s executive creative director and partner. The pair were colleagues previously at TBWA where they worked on campaigns for NRMA Insurance and Nissan.
Cimarosti’s work has been showcased at events such as Cannes, resulting in more than 100 creative and effectiveness awards and nominations.
Cimarosti said he was pleased to be working with Eychenne and his team.
“It’s great to be part of an agency so dedicated to CX as clients realise just how important customer experience is to creating differential experiences,” Cimarosti added.
Lucas joins Lavender after more than a year of freelancing, where he worked on campaigns with agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and The Works.
Previously, Lucas worked briefly with BCM. He also previously worked at With Collective for two years as well as clocking up four years at M&C Saatchi earlier in his career.
Lucas has worked with clients including Qantas Frequent Flyer, Fairfax, Westpac and Optus, winning awards from events including Caples and ADMA.
“When the opportunity to work at CX agency Lavender presented itself, I jumped at it,” said Lucas. “The team here is doing incredible work and I can’t wait to be part of it.”
Marco Eychenne said he was pleased to welcome the duo to the Lavender team in the company’s 20th year of business.
“They are both innovative thinkers with an infectious passion for what they do. I am sure they’ll quickly make their mark on our clients’ business,” Eychenne said.
