Leading Aussie holiday park company appoints new PR agency

Independent agency Seven Communications has been appointed as the consumer-facing PR agency for a leading Australian holiday parks company, Mumbrella can reveal.

Reflections Holidays has tasked the agency with increasing its brand awareness to Australian consumers by continuing the drive engagement through strategic media relations and campaigns.

Its responsibilities include upcoming campaigns, consumer media relations and strategic spokespeople communications.

“We are thrilled to be selected as Reflections Holidays consumer agency partner,” said Patrice Pandeleos, founder and managing director of the agency.

“We look forward to leveraging our insights and creativity to enhance the Reflections Holidays brand and deliver impactful campaigns. Reflections Holidays is already synonymous with quality experiences and we look forward to contributing to this legacy.

“Our goal is to take Reflections Holidays to new heights, showcasing its diverse locations across NSW and establishing it as the number one choice for nature-based holidays in Australia.”

The agency will champion Reflections Holidays 40 parks, accommodation and camping grounds, its 45 community reserves, and the fact that it is Australia’s only social enterprise holiday park group.

Peter Chapman, Reflections Holidays’ chief marketing officer, said: “Our partnership with Seven Communications has come at the perfect time with our recent rebrand.

“Seven’s impressive reputation across numerous industries positions them as an ideal partner and we look forward to collaborating with them as we continue to deliver memorable outdoor experiences.”

The agency also recently won out-of-home company JCDecaux’s ANZ PR account, as revealed by Mumbrella. It has been tasked with its always-on media relations program, event management and upcoming campaigns.

Mumbrella also revealed last week that the agency was named the PR agency of record for Aussie car subscription service eCar Subscription, where its responsibilities also include developing and executing a comprehensive strategy, focusing on media relations, digital campaigns, and strategic spokespeople communications.

Meanwhile, Seven Communications welcomed Gareth Beddoes – formerly of Soda Communications and Thrive PR – to the role of director of PR in April.
