Learn how to create a killer podcast from the ABC at Mumbrella360 Masterclasses

Mumbrella360’s first Masterclass sessions have been announced, led by a detailed class on crafting great podcasts.

Hamilton and Riordan from the ABC will teach delegates about creating killer podcasts

ABC Audio Studios manager Kellie Riordan will be joined by group marketing manager Alice Hamilton to illustrate how human-centred design should play a major role in the creation, development and distribution of podcast content.

The pair will also explain how to find the unique value proposition and market gap for a podcast, as well as define the audience persona. But that’s just the beginning – Riordan and Hamilton will also reveal a number of secrets the ABC employs to ensure success.

Learn how to communicate with confidence through Cheney and Jones

On communication, Nathan Leigh Jones and Anna Cheney will run a Masterclass which explains how to improve your professional communications.

The pair, who between them have worked with NIDA Corporate, ING, Toyota, KPMG, Telstra, UBS and more, will unpack strategies for connecting with your inner performer to become a more confident and successful communicator.

Meanwhile, the keys to leveraging chatbots with a social media strategy will be detailed by Metric Labs director Vincent Maneno.

In this practical session, he’ll focus on building chatbots on the Many Chat platform and integrating that into Facebook Messenger, providing a live demonstration for delegates.

Kingsley: “Brainstorming is bullshit”

Also announced is a Masterclass calling out the issues with brainstorming and revealing more efficient ways to imagine and execute significant ideas.

Led by The Ideas Business founder, Wade Kingsley, the Masterclass will be completely interactive, with delegates crafting while they learn in a new style of ideation.

What is blockchain? One of the big questions of the last year will be answered in easy-to-understand language by Austin Lewinsmith, co-founder of Blockchain Collective.

Offering Australia’s first accredited blockchain course, Lewinsmith will take the basics from Blockchain Collective and turn them into a 101 Masterclass focusing on what blockchain is and what it means for the industry.

Creating performance vitality in marketing leaders will also be taught by consultant Adrian Baillargeon.

Operating on positivity all the time isn’t possible, but in a highly interactive session, Baillargeon will explain the different types of performance vitality and how to ensure leaders can allow them to flow through to their team.
