Lendi Group makes four senior hires to bolster growth team
To support its a mission of being the “undisputed destination” for Aussies to buy and own property, Lendi Group has made four new senior appointments to strengthen its growth plans ahead of the new year.
Across content, product marketing, creative, and PR, Lendi Group – owner of Aussie Home Loans – hopes the new hires will bolster its growth and experience leadership team
Paulie Savant joins as head of audience and content, where she will lead a team of in-house specialists across creative, social, SEO, and content to drive organic growth.
She brings a wealth of experience helping scale-ups including Koala, hipages, Superhero, and freelancerdotcom, as well as global organisations like Disney, Tata Group, and BAT to achieve brand, organic, and revenue growth.
Award-winning creative Oz Dean joins as creative studio lead, bringing over 20 years of experience to the role.
Having worked in the experiential space with brands including Airbnb, Netflix, and Heineken, Dean will leverage his expertise in integrated creative and social to elevate Lendi Group, leading its in-house creative team while also collaborating with external partners.

Meanwhile, Govinda Pathak will serve as Lendi Group’s new product marketing lead, leading the broker marketing team to empower Aussie Home Loan brokers to generate more business. Prior to Lendi, he headed up marketing for a leading CFD brokerage firm, and before that, led growth at Stake.
Finally, Brad Pogson – a strategic PR advisor with over 15 years experience – joins as senior manager of public relations.
He joins after a decade in consultancy, including as the New Zealand MD of Porter Novelli.

“Their collective experience and diverse skills are essential for this next stage in the Lendi Group story.
“We’re investing heavily in our Aussie brand, and building a suite of incredible experiences to support the customer journey – so it’s a really exciting time for the business, and to have them on board,” she added.
The senior hires round out the group’s growth leadership team, led by Lonsdale.
They join recently appointed Michael McCash – former Doordash marketer and Providoor CMO – as Lendi Group’s first head of customer growth; Adam Craig as website product manager; and Maria Nenarokova as product manager journeys.
