Levo announces new practice director, experience strategy and executive creative director
Clemenger Group’s Levo has picked up Mark Dalton as executive creative director, and Catherine Hooson as practice director, experience strategy.

LEVO, Clemenger Group’s boutique strategy and transformation consultancy has welcomed Catherine Hooson as practice director, experience strategy, and Mark Dalton as executive creative director.
Catherine brings two decades of experience transforming customer and employee experiences for major brands and government organisations. She joins LEVO from Alvarez & Marsal and has held leadership roles at Deloitte Digital, Accenture and CHEP Network.
Catherine has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving commercial success. Her expertise will strengthen LEVO’s ability to create meaningful, people-centred experiences while continuing to elevate its presence in the consultancy space.
Mark is an award-winning creative leader with over 20 years’ experience in creative and art direction. Previously Executive Creative Director at Clemenger BBDO Wellington, he has also held key roles at Clemenger BBDO Touchcast, Proximity New Zealand and Reward.
A multi-Cannes Lions winner, Mark has led high-impact public initiatives, including New Zealand’s ‘Unite Against COVID-19’ campaign. His ability to deliver intelligent, behaviour-changing design solutions will help LEVO continue to drive significant transformation outcomes for their vast roster of clients.
