MAFS remains entertainment leader as Nine takes Tuesday

Nine’s episode of Married at First Sight won entertainment on Tuesday, as the network also celebrated an overall network share win.

The reality show aired to a metro audience of 845,000, with the program also winning all three key advertising demos.

In the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report for 15 February, Tuesday’s episode of MAFS was the #1 program nationally across linear, with 905,000 viewers, including 308,000 on BVOD and an uplift of 71%. This was also the program with the biggest uplift.

Next in entertainment was an episode of Ten’s Australian Survivor which brought in 507,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven’s Home and Away which saw an average of 498,000 metro viewers tune in.

Seven’s The Chase Australia was next, which pulled in 458,000 metro viewers. 

The #1 program on Tuesday was Seven News which aired to 939,000 metro viewers, while Seven News at 6:30 had 912,000 metro viewers. Nine News had 831,000, and Nine News at 6:30 brought in 797,000 metro viewers, 

Nine won the night, taking an overall network share of 31.6 over Seven’s 25.2%, while Ten had 19.1%, and the ABC had a 15.3% share.

Nine also won the primary channel share and the top-rating multi-channel on Tuesday was 7TWO with a share of 4.1%.
