‘Mangoes, in the fruit aisle when the beat goes’: Aldi ad uses house track and exploding trolley

A woman cruises around a supermarket with a trolley full of mangoes which then explodes, to the backing of a dance track in the latest ad from Aldi.

The supermarket is pushing its stone fruit range with the unusual ad which features a track with the lyrics “Mangoes, mangoes, in the fruit aisle when the beat goes, mangoes are mine”.

It then features a woman sniffing, dancing with and eating the fruit before cutting to a trolley full of stone fruit exploding.
