Marketing and comms agency Archetype wins startup Clipsal Solar’s account
Marketing and communications agency Archetype has added Clipsal Solar to its client list.
Under its new remit, the agency is responsible for the launching the brand in Australia, including its marketing strategy and creative.
Clipsal Solar is a solar energy startup created by Schneider Electric and backed by investment company Mach 49. Clipsal Solar will provide data analytics to its Australian customers, helping them to reduce their energy bills and use.
The new client win follows PR agency Text100 and its sister agency Bite rebranding together as Archetype in March, four years after the two agencies merged.
Archetype Australia managing director, Karen Coleman, said in a statement: “When we rebranded to Archetype, we not only brought in new skills and services, but bigger than that, we set out to create a company that’s addressing what our clients really desire from their agency.
“Our work with Clipsal Solar is the perfect example of how Archetype can act as the ‘outsourced CMO’. We are providing broader business consulting and advice alongside the marketing program – the perfect client-agency relationship.
“Brands like Clipsal Solar allow us to really flex our creative muscles across not just the brand side, but also in our communications and PR approach. With a number of large US- based clients in our portfolio, we are often executing global strategies, so doing more local brand development and then taking it to global markets, has been really enjoyable. The energy industry is at the forefront of the current political debate which provides a great opportunity to present a clear point of view in a noisy environment.”
