Martin Sorrell and News Corp’s Raju Narisetti to headline Newspaper Work’s Future Forum
Founder and CEO of the world’s largest marketing communications group WPP Sir Martin Sorrell is to be the keynote speaker at this year’s Newspaper Works Future Forum
Sorrell’s address will be via videolink, while senior vice president of strategy for News Corp’s US operations Raju Narisetti will address the forum in person.
“We have attracted a world class speaker line-up at the Future Forum this year, which is testament to the influential role news media continues to play in the advertising and communications industry and society in general, and will see the Future Forum once again be the preeminent news media industry conference in the Asia Pacific region,” said Mark Hollands CEO of The Newspaper Works.
The theme for the 2015 Future Forum will be “Influencing a connected world” with the forum to be a two day event, held on September 10 and 11 at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney.
Sorrell and Narisetti will speak at the Plenary on September 11 and the Newspaper of the Year Awards will be held that evening, at the conclusion of the forum.
