Match wins Cancer Council

Independent media agency Match has won a pitch for Cancer Council after a pitch involving nine agencies.

The announcement:

Sydney, 11 July, 2012: Match Media has been appointed by Cancer Council NSW as its master media agency.

Match Media won the account following a credentials pitch that included nine agencies. Following the credentials pitch, three agencies were shortlisted to pitch on a live brief and Match Media won the account.

Cancer Council NSW is an independent community funded, cancer charity dedicated to the defeat of cancer. They receive no direct government funding for their various programs, and rely on the ongoing and generous donations from the community to fund their work.

The account will include all mainstream and digital strategy planning and buying, for a range of Cancer Council NSW campaigns.
