“Recent new client wins including Princess Cruises and Baptist Care have resulted in an expansion of our team. Both Matt and Chloe share great industry experience that is equally matched by their entrepreneurial spirit, made evident through their own business pursuits,” said Red Engine SCC founder and CEO, Julian Townley.

“Entrepreneurial spirit fuels one of our core values, ‘Adapt to Thrive’, and we’re excited to welcome such great talent to the Red Engine SCC team.”

The agency won the Princess Cruises account last week.

Daunt has previously held roles at Saatchi & Saatchi London, Lloyds TSB Bank, Paramount Pictures, and AGI Solution in Los Angeles. In Sydney, Daunt has been with M&C Saatchi, where he was responsible for the Optus account, and BWM Dentsu, managing clients including Telstra, Bigpond, Virgin Money, Diageo, NIB Health Funds and My Plates.

“I was looking for a new challenge where I could flex my skills to work across the cutting edge of digital, media, brand strategy and content marketing. I’m very pleased to find a new home in Red Engine SCC where the pursuit of creativity and innovation is encouraged and highly valued,” said Daunt on his new role.

McCormack, meanwhile, has worked at Havas Worldwide in Melbourne, Isobar Melbourne, and Pinstripe Media in Sydney. Prior to joining Red Engine SCC, she was at creative agency Bgb Creative and marketed her own skincare line, Srsly Honey.

“I was particularly drawn to the agency’s diverse portfolio of clients and to the enthusiastic attitude of the Red Engine SCC team,” McCormack said.

“It is also great to be at an independent agency that welcomes entrepreneurial thinking and one that allows me to further develop my skills in creativity and account leadership.”
