M+C Partners names new CEO as its founder steps back

PR consultancy Media + Captial Partners (M+C Partners) has named Tracey Sen as its new CEO.

As part of the appointment, M+C Partners founder and chairman David Greer will step back from his position on the executive team to be replaced by Sen, who joins Justin Kelly, Ben Henri and Rod Hinchcliffe on the leadership team.

Sen joins from GFG Alliance, where she had held the position of head of communication since August 2018 where she was responsible for overseeing international and domestic communications across the group.

Sen has also worked at Toll Group, Microsoft and FTI Consulting.

On the appointment, Greer said: “Tracey brings a unique mix of skills, experience, personality and energy to be a very successful CEO at M+C and we are delighted to have her join the team.”

Sen added: “M+C has been a market leader for a number of years and has an enviable list of clients. It is one of the “go-to” agencies in the country, with one of the most experienced leadership teams in the industry. I’m excited to be joining the business at such a crucial point in the agency’s history. I’m ready to hit the ground running and lead M+C into an exciting new period. It’s an enormous challenge and one I’m really looking forward to.”

Sen starts her new role on 15 November.

M+C Partners is a full-service PR and investor relations agency that was founded in 2014.
