McCann Sydney continues creative restructure with five hires

Michael Raso, McCann Sydney’s executive creative director, has continued extensive surgery to his creative department with the hire of five new staff.

Jono Paul and Henri Azzi – a midweight team – join from Ogilvy Sydney. The duo have previously worked with deputy creative director Neil Flory, who joined the agency last month.

Rachel Guest and Celine Faledam, who became creative partners after graduating from AWARD School in 2009, have joined as a junior team.

Lauren Gordon takes up the role of creative project manager, following stints at agencies in the UK and South Africa.

Raso said that no one else had left the agency following the exit of four creatives last month. “These hires were to replace (those) and boost the department,” he said.

Raso has added eight creatives to his department since he joined at the beginning of the year.
