MEC Brisbane has won the Allianz Global Assistance (AGA) media account as its first win since opening doors in Brisbane to handle founding client Domino’s in March.
The appointment involves managing the AGA portfolio, including Allianz Roadside Assistance, Worldcare Travel Insurance and Overseas Visitor Health Insurance.
MEC has handled the media planning and buying account for Allianz Australia for the past three years.
Peter Vogel, MEC Australia CEO said: “When we opened our Brisbane office, and based on the strong partnership we have enjoyed with Allianz in Sydney, Brisbane-based AGA asked us to come in and present our offer to them. We covered our Brisbane plans, MEC’s expertise and how we would work with AGA to grow their business and it’s great to now welcome them on board as a client.”
