Medical care company taps Paper Moose for new content series

Medical device provider Convatec has engaged indie agency Paper Moose to boost its brand platform in Australia across new digital content streams.

As it looks to position itself as both a care provider and a content publisher, Convatec – which specialises in continence, ostomy and advanced wound care services after spinal injuries – hopes to cut through in a competitive market, having seen opportunities for growth in Australia.

With the help of a multi-pronged content approach by Paper Moose, the company hopes to provide relatable, informative content to its audience and beyond. The agency took search data from Convatec, and creatively converted it into engaging content streams.

The streams include informative blogs, social content, an original podcast and creative product platform to highlight its ‘Forever Caring’ brand platform.

Brad Bennett, the agency’s head of client success, applauded Convatec’s “boldness” of moving into the space.

“Working with and learning from this community has been rad,” he said, “and we look forward to more projects like this.”

Olena Lyons, head of marketing ANZ at Convatec, said: “Paper Moose’s ability to transform raw search data into a buffet of high-quality content, and push it to the right people on the right channels, has supported our promise of Forever Caring and will continue to build our reputation as both a local and global leader in intermittent self-catheterisation.”

The new ‘Stream of Continence’ podcast is available on mainstream podcast platforms, while other content will be pushed across social channels including Instagram.
