Melbourne Airport appoints iD Collective to social media account

Melbourne Airport has appointed PR agency iD Collective to handle its social media account.

The agency will be responsible for Melbourne Airport’s social media channels, content creation and community management.

Jo Menzies, digital marketing manager at Melbourne Airport, said in a statement: “We were looking for an experienced partner who could help us create a solid social media strategy that properly represented the interests of our aviation, retail and parking businesses, and to supercharge awareness amongst travellers of the extensive offering and experience available here at Melbourne Airport.”
