The cup still runneth for smh.com.au
It’s now been nine days since The Mebourne Cup, but there’s still one story smh.com.au can’t bear to let go from “editor’s picks”.
As Dr Mumbo reported on Monday, according to the website, “the crowd is building”.
Why the website is so keen to keep showing this image, Dr Mumbo has no idea, but as this morning, it’s still appearing.
Let’s hope they can hit the one month anniversary.
Hmmmm…. you would think The Age would have better taste than to continuously put up such a salacious image.
Disappointed.
Surely there were plenty of other shots of gorgeous people taken at the Melbourne Cup.

I think the fact is that picture appears to be well supported, probably does rack up lots of clicks and allows readers to maintain a hands on approach when choosing to remain abreast of the editors favourite cups

The fact that this is still being re-printed is a disgrace. This poor women may have a PhD in medicine or be a volunteer for the needy, but that’s not what is being highlighted.
Women are not mere objects, they are people with deep emotions, and feelings and need to be respected like that.
And furthermore….oh, hang on, I just actually looked at the picture, great breasts!

As I always say – don’t rub the bottle if you don’t want the genie to come out.
Pretty ordinary of them to still be running it though.

Perhaps they could keep running the image and just change the story to being about the Melb Cup crowd instead- would that keep everyone happier?
Either way it’s a stunning portrayl of a women heavy with the weight of the world on her mind and the weight of a great rack on her chest.
