Royal prank radio presenter Michael Christian quietly went back on air this morning.
The Today Network’s Melbourne station Fox FM put Christian into the late morning shift.
However unlike other timeslots, the station’s website only describes the show as “Hit music!” and does not identify the presenter.
During on-air links listened to by Mumbrella this morning, the presenter did not identify himself to listeners.

This is good news, Mike’s too good to go down for something so over-hyped
Really happy to hear he’s back on the air — what happened was not their fault and it’s pleasing to see things begin to move forward.
Good. They shouldn’t be punished and jobless in their chosen career paths forever because of this incident.
Good luck to the guy, an unfortunate incident that hopefully he can move ahead from.
Good to see things back to normal now (moderated by Mumbrella).
Let’s hope station management use their brains and realise stupid stunts like those they’ve let their presenters do in the past are infantile rubbish.
Stalking much?
Really good news – what an insane situation for them. Great to see him come out the other end. Hopefully Mel’s not far from returning to normality either.
Anonymous, really? So, so inappropriate.
Good point, LW – I missed the double meaning in the above. Now moderated.
Cheers,
Tim – Mumbrella
YAY!! I hope he still has a passion for his job and wish him well!
Not got the guts to say who he is then. Typical!
herbie shaw, you can bet your bottom dollar it was a directive from above not to identify himself. He is a top bloke and deserves to take his place back behind the mic.
Why no #austereo promised $500K payment to Jacinta Saldanha family ?
