Mihell & Lycos unveils two senior appointments in Adelaide

International marketing communications company Mihell & Lycos has appointed Jay Wheeler and David Ormston to its Adelaide office.

The announcement:

Following a recent expansion into Sweden, by establishing an office in Stockholm, Mihell & Lycos has recruited two leading Australian advertising identities to bolster the senior team in Adelaide.

Jay Wheeler – Senior Account Director

Jay is an advertising industry veteran of 27 years, having worked in Adelaide and Sydney on international brands like Visa, Mitsubishi, Chanel, Revlon and United Airlines as well as national & local brands including Comm Bank, Bank SA, Coopers, SATC & RAA amongst others. His production knowledge coupled with strategic insights and creative flair make him a fantastic addition to our team, spearheading our strategy and client services.

David Ormston – Senior Copywriter

David is an award winning writer with decades of experience having written some of SA and Australia’s best known advertising campaigns, including 11 years’ worth of “George and Trev” TV and radio commercials for RAA Insurance. He has also worked on brands including Coopers, Ultratune, Yalumba, SATC, Mitsubishi, Palmer’s, People’s Choice Credit Union, The Advertiser, Clipsal 500 and many more. David’s wordsmith wizardry will complement our creative product and give our clients additional creative resources.
