Mills and Co shares two fresh hires

Mills and Co has hired Charlotte Seddon as a client and communications manager, and Charlie Stretch as a business development executive.

The announcement:

Mills&Co has made a further two key hires to the business as agencies and technology companies continue to buy into their approach to driving growth and new business. Charlie Stretch joins as business development executive and Charlotte Seddon joins from Hulsbosch as client & communications manager.

Ex-Monks director of growth and Mills&Co founder, Jonathan Mills, explained, “Agencies and technology companies are recognising the increasing need for dedicated support, that acts as an extension of their team, when it comes to winning new business and driving profile and pipeline growth in a strategic and joined up way”.

Having launched at the end of January, Mills&Co has seen significant initial growth, bringing on seven retained clients in the agency and technology space across ANZ and the wider APAC region.

“Whilst competition is fierce, for those that get it right by creating a point of difference, demonstrating expertise and saying the right things to the right people at the right time, there has never been more opportunity to win new business as clients are looking for future proof agency and technology partnerships. Gone are the days of a good network and a book of contacts to have lunch with being enough to drive meaningful profile and pipeline growth” added Mills.
