Previously, she spent five years at Ogilvy.
“I’ve been involved with our Melbourne team in my national role [as chief of talent] and we have a fantastic team and a great portfolio of clients,” Field said of her appointment.
“I’m really enjoying working with them to inspire and deliver excellence for our clients.”
Mindshare Melbourne is home to accounts such as Nike, NAB, Sodastream and Mondelez, won in 2018.
Mindshare Australasia CEO, Katie Rigg-Smith, said that the appointment was a “popular announcement” within the team.
“I have had the pleasure of working with Kerry for 20 years in Australia and I am so thrilled she has taken the role as MD for our Melbourne office,” Rigg-Smith said.
“In short, she understands clients, product, operations and how to motivate and nurture talent. We are lucky to have her.”
