Mindshare takes out MFA Grand Prix while IPG’s global boss Henry Tajer enters Hall of Fame
Mindshare has taken out the Grand Prix at the MFA Awards for its #laceitup work for Youth Off The Streets, with the campaign also picking up the MFA Award for the Best Use of a Small Budget.
Including the Grand Prix and the Best Use of a Small Budget, Mindshare took home four MFA Awards.
At the awards IPG Mediabrands global CEO Henry Tajer became the fourth man inducted into the industry Hall of Fame.
Mindshare was also recognised in the automotive category for its Ranger: Brains Over Brawn work for Ford Australia and the finance/insurance/government/corporate & real estate category for its Federal Budget Hub campaign for NAB.
UM also took home four awards including the NGEN Award which recognised Declan Peach and Jacqueline Osborne for 365 Candles.
Greg Graham, Media Federation Awards chairman and GroupM’s business development and marketing officer said in a statement: “This year we received outstanding entries with great insights and brilliant results. I encourage us as an industry to keep pushing the boundaries and focus on the rigour and effectiveness of our work.”
