The announcement:

Programmatic technology company, MiQ, has hosted its inaugural MiQ House event on the top-floor Presidential villa inside Sydney’s Crown Towers residences.

MiQ welcomed more than 100 guests from client and agency groups, hosting client sessions as well as unveiling its market-leading platform, MiQ Sigma. A first-of-its-kind technology, MiQ Sigma is unique in its ability to unify the programmatic ecosystem and drive market-leading outcomes for brands and agencies.

With programmatic excellence at its core, MiQ Sigma unites more than 300 diverse data feeds, spanning 700 trillion consumer signals, to provide advanced insight into what audiences are watching, browsing and buying.

Powered by AI, the platform delivers sophisticated planning capabilities and audience curation, as well as faster and more effective activation.

The MiQ House event encompassed six sessions, hosted across three days, with client groups from a number of agencies and brands. Guests enjoyed sweeping views across Sydney Harbour as they indulged in bespoke menus from Michelin-starred restaurant, Oncore, as well as Nobu, Woodcut, and a’Mare.

The event also announced MiQ’s key pillars for 2026, including the expansion of its “TV is everywhere” messaging, via continued investment in its total TV planning tool, encompassing BVOD, SVOD, YouTube and social video. Additionally, MiQ is set to enhance its commerce offering with new data partners, as well as continuing to focus on its ‘people powered, tech enabled’ position.

MiQ has already announced two strategic partnerships in the Australian market: a partnership with OzTAM, which enables the integration of VOZ currency data into MiQ’s cross-platform tool, TVi, which is housed within Sigma; plus a partnership with Lifesight that powers advanced location intelligence and measurement capabilities within the tool. Further strategic partnerships are set to be announced soon.

Commenting on the MiQ House event, iProspect national managing director, Marcelle Hoyek, said: “We saw some incredible technology at MiQ House. The breadth of capability it provides for our clients is way beyond what we expected. It’s super impressive for our clients and our business moving forward.”

Slingshot CEO, Simon Rutherford, added: “MiQ has been in AI for 15 years and their experience is showing through in terms of how they’ve utilised the range of data that’s available to them. I’m excited about the range of different options and the ability to create a bespoke Sigma platform tailored to how partners and their clients need to view it.”

MiQ chief revenue officer ANZ, Chris Freel, said: “It was fantastic to bring our key client and agency partners together at MiQ House to showcase our Sigma technology platform and share our exciting roadmap for 2026.

“The week was full of great conversation, demonstrations, and discussion around how we can drive great solutions and outcomes through the Sigma platform; a huge thanks to all who attended.”
