MLA releases Lamb Legends content series via The Precinct

Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) has released a new seven part social media content series, Lamb Legends, via The Precinct.

In each episode of the series, an Australian chef cooks with an “everyday legend” to thank them for their inspiring work.

One such episode sees Elena Duggan, winner of Masterchef 2016, making Moroccan spiced roasted Lamg leg with plums for Dr Anika Molesworth, founding director for Farmers for Climate Action.

Michelle Galluzzo, creative director at The Precinct, said: “Lamb Legends is all about celebrating what connects us as humans, so it felt very natural bringing together everyday legends and chefs who have a genuine connection to the cause. The stories that came of the conversations were inspiring, the recipes were delicious and this positivity really comes across in the content.”

Graeme Yardy, MLA domestic market manager, added: “Each video in the series provides easy-to-cook recipes and useful tips to build consumer cooking confidence with lamb whilst sharing inspiring and authentic Aussie stories.”

The campaign will be on paid social media, including YouTube, catchup TV, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. The campaign includes 6-second, 15-second, and 30-second spots.

The Precinct has previously produced a content series for real estate services company JLL.

Last month, MLA released a new campaign with The Monkeys for its beef winter campaign.
