Modibodi appoints Emotive to its global creative account
Sustainable period apparel brand Modibodi has appointed Australian agency Emotive to its global creative account.
Modibodi’s product range includes leak-proof swimwear, men and womens’ underwear, activewear, maternity wear and a range for young girls, Red.
Modibodi launched in Australia in 2013, and had expanded into the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Iceland, South and West Africa, the UK, France, Germany and the US.
Modibodi founder and CEO, Kristy Chong, said Emotive will take the brand into its next chapter.
“Modibodi has earned a reputation for fearless marketing and a willingness to speak out about societal taboos around menstruation, incontinence, body diversity and menstrual equity. We are excited to be partnering with the Emotive team on our next thought provoking campaign that will introduce Modibodi to a new global audience,” Chong said.
Emotive’s remit will cover brand strategy as well as campaign work.
Agency managing partner and head of strategy, Michael Hogg, said: “We’re looking forward to making Modibodi famous and helping to grow the brand and business globally, as Modibodi continues to change the way people manage periods and leaks at every stage of their lives.”
Emotive’s client list also includes Optus, Audible, Unilever, Hello Fresh, Google, the Australian Turf Club, Mount Franklin, YoPro and Sportsbet.
Very odd. The values of agency don’t seem to align with the brand.
