Moët Hennessy ANZ announces new leadership team

Moët Hennessy Australia New Zealand has announced two key appointments to its leadership team.

Ashley Powell has returned to Australia to take up the role of managing director, the latest move in a sixteen-year career with Moët Hennessy working across Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Hong Kong and Macau.

Julien Marteau joins Moët Hennessy at the team’s new marketing and consumer engagement director, coming from Accolade Wines ANZ, where he oversaw brands such as Hardys, Houghton, and Mud House as the company’s head of marketing for the core brands portfolio.

“Moët Hennessy Australia celebrates its twenty-year anniversary this year,” Powell said.

“Our brands such as Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon, Hennessy and Glenmorangie continue to lead their markets and drive innovation and creativity in the region, and our locally crafted brands Chandon and Cloudy Bay are thriving and building global traction.
