It’s a mite sad when BRW’s greatest appeal is a list of who has the most money. Any chance of a list of who has done the most good?

Actually Jape, BRW put together a pretty comprehensive appeal for UNICEF this year encouraging those on the list to donate and together with the BRW’s donation ended up raising quite a significant amount. They often cover philanthropists who have gone above and beyond. I’m an avid reader and have been for years.

In fairness, Ed, my comment was fuelled by a comprehensive ignorance of BRW’s other activities. I withdraw it.

The idea of creating a community for entrepreneurs isn’t that exciting – that’s what Amanda Gome did when she left BRW and started SmartCompany. Several years ago. Good old Fairfax, ahead of the times as always.
