Mumbrella360 2022 first international speaker revealed

Former Koala chief marketing and technology officer, Peter Sloterdyk, has been confirmed as the first international speaker at Mumbrella360 2022.

US-based Sloterdyk was forced to lead the marketing and technology side of Koala from the US after COVID-19 made it impossible for him to move to Australia. Despite this, he managed to lead the brand in a range of cut-through campaigns, including cheeky digs at Ikea and more.

Sloterdyk will fly into Sydney and present in-person, discussing leadership in marketing, particularly around purpose and principles. He’ll argue that a company’s ability as well as its leader’s ability to adapt and evolve must be supported by a clear purpose and the associated principles in order for it to have lasting impact.

In the session, Sloterdyk will share his experience with the foundational building blocks of transformative leadership that empowers teams to embrace change and secure success. He will also illustrate how accepting that some things simply cannot be measured allows leaders and their teams to innovate, test, learn, and ultimately succeed.

Mumbrella360 returns to its pre-pandemic format, running across two days, three levels and six stages at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney on 20 and 21 July, 2022.

Masterclass sessions will return as will a range of networking opportunities around the main event. It will also continue to host a large group of industry curated sessions.

The opportunity to present a session on stage at Mumbrella360 next year is open now. To do so, simply click here to enter your idea. There is no limit to the amount of submissions you can make, but there is a limit on the amount of sessions that can be accepted. Submissions close 28 January.

A limited run of super earlybird tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
