I work for a large American Corporate here in Aust.
It is very hard to be Innovative in the face of thelisted companies fixation on numbers and shareprice.
I went down this path a year or so back.
Some tips for founders of startups.
You arent smarter than us.
You need to understand the word partnership.
Try and ensure alignment of interest at the outset.
Put some criteria around what success looks like and review.
Dont be too agressive in negotiations.
