Surely you’re not suggesting ‘adland’ recruiters do have a problem with women?

The role of a recruiter is to find a match between a company’s requirements and a candidate’s career objectives. Inability to deliver on this will not fill the role, or if it does, not for long. This is bad for the client, the candidate and the recruiter. There are plenty of good recruiters who know the industry, and even a couple who have worked in it. Recruitment is about people…simple. As for having a problem with women…..That’s ridiculous, especially in an industry which is so evenly split across genders.

Recruitment is about turnover, KPi’s and profit, not unlike real estate.
