Mumbrellacast: OMD’s big year, Fairfax merger unpacked, ASIC’s case against Harold Mitchell

The Nine and Fairfax merger was in the news again this week, as Fairfax shareholders voted in favour of the Nine takeover. Senior media reporter Zoe Samios, who was in the room at the time, fills us in on what happened on the day in this week’s Mumbrellacast.

We also discuss the ASIC case against Harold Mitchell and Stephen Healy in relation to the 2013 tennis rights, OMD securing Suncorp, and bridal magazine White Magazine shutting down after it refused to feature same sex couples.
