Reply Darren Y 16 Jul 12 NRL Women in League. This is may be well shot and have the correct intentions but this is rather condescending to women. It basically reduces women to a support role in league and delivers a message of “ok, girls make the tea, do the admin, take the kids to practice and leave the rest to us men”. The last shot should be a man patting a women on the head and saying “well done girl now go do the washing” Women love league as well so we should talk to them as equals. This is a rather good example of sexual stereotyping in advertising so it has achieved something. D Reply Kristy Grant 16 Jul 12 Foxtel Ad – love how is flows. Gets me excited about watching the Australian team compete. Reply Peter Petrovski 16 Jul 12 The Foxtel ad is a standout. It’s received a lot of comments and attention by regular non-media people I know. Very well executed. Reply Shabbadu 16 Jul 12 Peter raises a good point. Are we supposed to be voting for execution/craft or concept/idea? In other words, is this a beauty contest? Reply Ivan 17 Jul 12 Foxtel for me, Best produced idea here.
