Music Feeds launches daily audio news bulletin ‘Morning Music Feeds’

Consumer-facing music news site Music Feeds has announced the launch of a weekday morning audio news bulletin, available across streaming services and smart speakers.

The announcement:

Today Music Feeds is proud to announce the launch of ‘Morning Music Feeds’, a new audio news bulletin available each weekday morning on your preferred audio streaming platform or
smart speaker.

For the first time, Music Feeds’ latest news headlines are available as audio briefings on Apple, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and a number of other platforms.

To listen to the audio briefings, simply subscribe to Morning Music Feeds on your preferred podcast platform. To listen on smart speakers, simply say “Ok Google, play Morning Music Feeds” on your Google Home, or “Alexa, open Morning Music Feeds” on your Amazon Echo. Alternatively, you can stream all the briefings directly from the player on the Music Feeds website.

The ‘Morning Music Feeds’ audio bulletin launch comes off the back of an exclusive partnership with SpokenLayer, a global digital audio creative studio that specialises in the creation, distribution and monetisation of short-form audio content in partnership with publishers and brands.

“The move into the audio space is a natural one for Music Feeds, which has long been a trusted leader in the Australian music news landscape,” says Evolve Media Australia’s Director, Content & Operations Nastassia Baroni. “The launch of The Morning Music Feeds daily audio bulletin is just part of a wider growth strategy from Evolve Media Australia, which publishes Music Feeds, to bring quality music journalism to a music-loving audience wherever they are consuming information.”

“Not only is the consumer listening now more than ever, but the role in which radio, podcasts, streaming and smart speakers are playing in this space is becoming increasingly more apparent,” adds Evolve Media Australia VP of Brand Partnerships & Operations Susan Jones.

“We are excited to be partnering with Spoken Layer and get our quality local and international music news out to a wider audience. And it brings an exciting opportunity for brands to connect with our music-loving audience in a new and dynamic way.”

‘Morning Music Feeds’ is available on all preferred audio streaming platforms right now.
