Natalie Herbstreit to join Josiah Shala on the Goulburn Valley’s Hit 96.9

Goulburn Valley in Victoria will have a new breakfast show from Wednesday, 4 March, with Natalie ‘Herbie’ Herbstreit joining Josiah Shala on air.

The announcement:

Natalie “Herbie” Herbstreit will join the Goulburn Valley’s Hit96.9 Breakfast show with Josiah Shala from Wednesday, 4 March.

Herbie comes from within the Hit Network family, having previously been on-air in Wagga Wagga on Hit93.1 alongside co-hosts Dane McGuirk and Michael “Whitto” Whittington.

Herbie said: “I am so excited to be back in Victoria after spending the last few years in New South Wales. I’ve always been a fan of Josiah and the passion he has for radio and I can’t wait to join him in the GV to see what content we can create together.”

Josiah said: “I am beyond excited for Herbie to join me. We’ve been mates for a long time now so to do a job we both love together will be amazing, the Goulburn Valley is going to love her!”

SCA Regional State Content Director VIC/SA, Mal Lewis, said: “Herbie’s appointment to the Hit96.9 Breakfast show is a great coup for the station. Josiah is an outstanding young breakfast talent and with the addition of Herbie’s experience and passion, it will create an exciting local show for the Goulburn Valley region.”
