Neue Media hires new head of PR and communications as it consolidates job roles

Communications agency Neue Media has appointed Erica Moloney to the role of head of PR and communications.

The agency said the appointment comes as it looks to consolidate the roles and resources that will serve both the business and its clients during the COVID-19 crisis.

Moloney said she is taking on the challenge COVID-19 is presenting to clients.

“There will always be an appetite for quality content that keeps the wants and needs of its audience front of mind, while providing something of genuine value, regardless of the channel it is served,” Moloney said.

“At this point in time, the most valuable content businesses can provide is on the theme of reassurance – that’s not to say they have to proclaim, ‘everything’s going to be fine’, rather, it’s about knowing what matters most to each of their audience segments and crafting messaging that goes to the heart of each concern.

Moloney joins Neue Media from Villawood Properties where she was media and communications manager. Previously she has worked at ID Collective and Haystac.
