New Aussie-NY public relations agency iiQPR launches
A new PR agency which claims to be the first in Australia to offer media relations in English, Mandarin and Spanish has launched today.
iiQPR is the result of an alliance between Carlii Lyon, who previously ran Carlii Lyon Publicity Management (CLPM) and Isabel Quinteros formerly an associate VP of Rubenstein Public Relations in New York. Rubenstein is famed as the agency closest to Rupert Murdoch.
iiQPR – which has an office in Sydney and another in New York – is positioning itself as offering coverage in Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America.Its launch clients include Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr.
Tim Burrowes founded Mumbrella in 2008. He worked on Mumbrella until 2021. At various points he was editor, content director and editor-at-large.

Oh dear sounds like iiQPR should have remembered one of the golden rules of promotion. If you are going to claim to be the first, biggest, fastest etc then you really need to make sure that the claim is correct.
Seems like iiQPR needs a bit of an injection of IQ!
