New Mumbrellacast episode to delve into radio ratings

The refreshed Mumbrellacast will be released this afternoon, with a close look at one of the most remarkable radio surveys in recent years.

Yesterday’s GfK Radio Ratings saw Melbourne’s 3AW surge ahead, and major drops across all three of Sydney’s top stations: 2GB, KIIS, and Smooth.

2GB’s Ray Hadley yesterday took to the airwaves to ask how it was possible for all leading stations to drop by such large margins, questioning the new ratings methodology introduced by GfK this year.
