New technology platform Q-83 launches to authenticate Instagram influencers

Q-83, a new technology platform which helps Instagram influencers authenticate their commercial value, has launched.

Influencers are able to link Q-83 to their Instagram account which enables brands and agencies to pull account metrics and data on demand.

Richardson is the founder of Q-83

The new platform is free for brands and agencies to use, however, influencers will have to pay a fee of $9 USD a month.

Q-83 aims to provide influencers with the tools to prove their authenticity and value based on audience demographics rather than the size of their audience.

Founded by Anthony Richardson, a brand ambassador for Lulu Lemon and managing director of Ausfit Torsion Bars, says Q-83 aims to help brands and influencers “establish a real-time authentic relationship”.

Richardson said in a statement: “It’s simple to see why brands and agencies are already on board: Q-83 aims to bring trust to the influencer marketing channel as a whole.

“We are driven to provide influencers with the tools to understand their audience and better commercialise their value in a transparent honest way.”
