‘Naughty & Nice’ sees Dublin born chef and restaurateur Colin Fassnidge go head-to-head with food and nutrition writer and cookbook author Louise Fulton Keats (who also happens to be Margaret Fulton’s granddaughter). This month, we asked Colin and Louise for their best fish fingers, one naughty, one nice, you choose!
