CEO Joe Pollard said: “We need a single commercial leader to take us through the next evolution of growth in the digital market. Dean’s remit will span display commercialisation – including brand, video, mobile, audience targeting and performance – and he will also oversee the launch of ad exchanges in the coming months.”
