Nikki Warburton promoted to chief customer and marketing officer at Audi

Audi Australia’s chief marketing officer Nikki Warburton now has an expanded remit, taking on the newly created role of chief customer and marketing officer.

The new role will put Warburton in charge of product planning, customer experience and digital innovation, as well as the responsibilities she already had: marketing communications, corporate communications and experiential marketing.

Waburton is taking responsibility for making Audi more customer-centric

Warburton became CMO of Audi 12 months ago, with managing director Paul Sansom saying her success thus far was evidence she should lead the expanded team.
