Nine appoints Jonathan Fox as its first head of effectiveness
Nine has appointed Ebiquity’s head of effectiveness, Jonathan Fox, as its first director of effectiveness.
Fox begins his role on October 29, where he will seek to prove return on investment for advertisers who work with Nine and 9Powered.
Prior to joining Ebiquity, Fox was an econometrician for marketing effectiveness agency Holmes & Cook in the United Kingdom for four-and-a-half years.
Nine’s chief sales officer, Michael Stephenson, said Fox’s appointment was a way of demonstrating how Nine is working to meet the needs of an ever-changing market.
“We now want to prove that the ideas we create deliver real returns for our partners and that you get a better return on your advertising dollar when you invest with Nine,” Stephenson said.
“We will work even more closely with our partners and use a range of econometric and attribution-based modelling tools to demonstrate the impact that their media is having in delivering real business outcomes.”
Fox believes there is a good opportunity for Nine to demonstrate the impact of their advertising.
“I’m immensely excited to be joining 9Powered and working with a team which has built a reputation for delivering powerful bespoke solutions to marketers,” Fox added.
