NSW Institute Sports announces sponsorship with Musashi

The New South Wales Institute of Sport has announced nutrition brand Mushashi as its offical performance partner.

The announcement:

Sports nutrition brand Musashi has today been announced as an Official Performance Partner of the New South Wales Institute of Sport (NSWIS). The partnership will help both organisations in their shared aim of driving world’s best sporting performance.

Musashi is one of Australia’s most trusted and revered sports nutrition brands, with a selection of protein powders, bars, drinks and amino acids designed to improve the sporting performance of athletes. It currently partners with a number of high profile Australian elite athletes, and will now be influencing the performance of many more through this partnership.

The NSWIS is a high performance centre and training facility based at Sydney Olympic Park which provides support, coaching and facilities to help Australian athletes become the world’s best. Since the Institute’s establishment in 1996, 196 NSWIS athletes have won 270 summer & winter Olympic and Paralympic medals for Australia.

The new partnership will provide NSWIS athletes with access to Musashi’s sport nutrition products and expertise to improve their preparation, performance and recovery. The partnership will also showcase how NSWIS athletes find their strength within to drive them on to success.

NSWIS CEO Charles Turner said, “We are delighted to have secured Musashi as an Official Performance Partner. Working with such a well-respected Australian brand will only help our athletes and coaches to drive world’s best performance.”

Musashi will join other NSWIS Performance Partners Mizuno, Powerade and 2XU.

Musashi Partnership Manager, Kieran Harrison said “It is very exciting to enter this partnership with the NSWIS. Musashi is a brand entrenched in performance, partnerships like this are crucial in showcasing how top performance works hand in hand with quality nutrition. In 2017 we will be working with NSWIS to share the journey our athletes take to get to that level.”
