Octagon shakes up APAC leadership team with promotions and hires
Leading sports and entertainment agency Octagon has bolstered its local leadership by elevating Louise Ferguson, David Gregory, and Jung Jee to executive positions, as well as hiring Naveen Vohra as head of people and culture.
Ferguson and Gregory will take over as co-agency leads of Octagon Australia, overseeing the agency’s local client demand, with Gregory also taking on the role of head of strategy for APAC. Ferguson will also continue in her role of head of client services for Australia and Southeast Asia.

The pair will oversee a team of more than 30 employees across Australia.
Jee will continue in his existing role of managing director of South Korea, while now overseeing Octagon’s client efforts and Japan office. Jee will “guide the strategic, integrated marketing, sponsorship, activation, and commercial output in both regions, as well as lead the agency’s growing presence and offerings in Japan”, according to Octagon.

As head of people and culture, Naveen Vohra will oversee recruitment, internal talent development, DE&I programs, and internal culture initiatives across the APAC region. He will be based in Octagon’s Singapore office.
