Gavin MacMillan, said in a statement: “We are truly excited about Dan joining our Leadership Team. She has built a reputation as being creatively driven but also commercially minded. Combined with exceptional human and leadership qualities, this makes her a great asset to have on our team.”

McEwan, added: “We believe Dan will add great value not only to our leadership team but to the agency as a whole. She has great empathy and understanding towards the needs of our clients and great rapport with all our people. This is a much-deserved promotion.”

Chapman said of her promotion: “I’m very excited to be joining Ogilvy Melbourne’s leadership team. Together the leadership team has a clear and focused vision for the agency and its clients, one that’s both creative and results driven.

“Ogilvy Melbourne has deep wealth of talent and a great portfolio of brands. I am looking forward to being part of the agency’s ongoing success story.”
