‘One of the most exciting brands’: Rocket Agency signs URBNSURF digital agency contract
Digital marketing agency, Rocket Agency, has been selected to serve as the digital agency for URBNSURF – a surf park organisation.
The newfound partnership means Rocket will oversee and manage the digital media channels and performance marketing operations of URBNSURF. Specifically, the agency will be working with a plethora of avenues that comprise the surf company’s “digital media mix”, including programmatic advertising, YouTube, social media ads, search engine marketing (SEM), display and TikTok.
Rocket’s involvement in URBNSURF comes at a time when the brand is seeking to grow its customer pool and cement itself as a must-travel-to location for surfers of all skill levels.
“URBNSURF is one of the most exciting brands in the country at the moment. They are a pioneer of a new form of leisure and entertainment category. The launch of their Sydney location in May was a huge milestone and this summer is going to be huge for them. This is only the start,” said Rocket’s co-founder, James Lawrence.

URBNSURF is a provider of “Australia’s only surf parks”, providing guests with the opportunity to experience dealing with ocean-grade waves alongside the convenience of not having to travel to coastlines, put up with hazardous surfing conditions, and struggling with crowds.
Rocket’s partnership with URBNSURF comes weeks after the full-service marketing agency took on the digital marketing account of equipment rental and solutions company, Coates.
