Onthehouse claims third spot in real estate battle
Real estate website Onthehouse.com.au has released data which it claims positions it as Australia’s third largest real estate brand after realestate.com.au and domain.com.au.
According to the unaudited Nielsen data, Onthehouse – which has just signed AMP Bank as a sponsor – delivered 6.759m page impressions during April.
Although the metric is falling out of favour within the industry as unreliable, On The House said that it had also passed the milestone of 1m unique browsers per month.
Hannah Schwartz, GM Onthehouse Holdings’ consumer division, said: “Our goal is to make onthehouse.com.au the most accessible, current and comprehensive property information destination for property decisions,” said Schwartz.
Last year the company bought the Real Estate Ad Network.
The growth has seen the real estate website sign not only AMP Bank but also Appliances Online, Australia’s largest online appliance retailer and HomeLoanFinder.com.au.
Nice work Hannah and the team you certainly have the assets to give the market a bit of a shake-up and no doubt the insight to spot opportunities to grow in both traffic and market position.
