Ooh Media CEO Cathy O’Connor said: “Sheila has made an outstanding contribution to Ooh since joining as CFO in March 2018. She has been instrumental as part of the executive team in steering Ooh through the pandemic and strengthening the Company’s competitive position.

“She will be leaving the Group with a strong balance sheet and capital management position which is fundamental to our strategic growth agenda. We are fortunate to retain Sheila’s continuing contribution as we transition to a new CFO.

“I have personally valued Sheila’s counsel and support since joining as CEO and on behalf of everyone at Ooh I wish Sheila every future success.”

Lines added: “Having been in the role for four years, and with Ooh now in a strong financial position, I believe it is the right time to seek further opportunities. I am proud to have been part of a strong team that’s managed Ooh through the challenges over the past two years and built a solid platform for the next stage of the Company’s growth.”

Ooh Media released its 2021 calendar year results on February 22, revealing an 18% lift in revenue compared to the previous year.
